Vintage 00 12-Fret Madagascar

Introducing my vintage style 00 12-fret model. Though not meant to be an exact copy, it's heavily inspired by the beautiful Martin guitars of the 1930s. Retro style ivoroid bindings, herringbone purflings are used. An optional feature of this particular instrument is the choice of Torrefied Adirondack Spruce for the top and braces as well as the use of liquid hide glue for most of the assembly process. All of the above along with a light construction give this instrument a rewarding and responsive sound.

A shout out is in order to Joe Yanuziello, master guitar maker and good friend, for his guidance in negotiating the unique world of ivoroid bindings. Thanks Joe!
